Need more info: It is hard to diagnose skin lesions without seeing them . Your best bet is to see your family physician and let him/her make a diagnosis.

I am not certain: exactly what you are asking and don't know whether these spots and dots are flat, raised, painful, painless, large, small, associated with eachother or not, on the back of the hand, or palms, on the fingers or not and how long have they been there. A few more details would help...thanks!

Can't say what it is: These lesions would need to be examined, a history obtained & other tests may be necessary in order to diagnose them. Usually the lesions needs to be identified to determine the solution.
