See doctor: You run the risk of getting dehydrated if your loose motions have not stopped, please see your doctor. You may take an antimotility medication like Lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine) or peptobismol, available over the counter. Keep drinking water and if you lose any more weight and do not have access to a doctor, go to the nearest emergency room.

Hydration: Maintain your hydration, and electrolyte levels.. drink small amounts of gatoraide or equivalent besides just water. BRAT diet - banana, rice, apple sauce, toast. If if doesn't resolve within another day or two, see your Dr.. you may have picked up an infection
