Good, tough question: (Presumption "sarco" = sarcoid.) I'm not sarcoid expert. I'll offer a couple of thoughts that others can amplify. Do you have evidence of active disease now (blood tests, chest x-ray, other)? Overall, relationship sounds improbable to me (i.e. I doubt new symptoms related to old illness).
