There are stable nonspecific punctate foci of white matter t2/flair hyperintensity identified bilaterally. this was on my mri. coukd this be why i have tremors and memory and vision loss. i have spoke to many nerologist no answers. no answers?

If you have been evaluated by many neurologists before and you did not get satisfied answers, you are less likely to get any new info from us due to the limitation of this forum. However, just base on the MRI findings and I assume you had several MRI done in the past, those findings can't explain your stated symptoms.

The described MRI findings are nonspecific and can be seen with prior head injury, smoking, migraine, demyelinating disorders, microvascular angiopathy, aging, and numerous other causes.
