Patience: There is something called unexplained infertility. You are young. Your age is on your side. Please discuss with a reproductive endocrinologist your options. I would start with some relaxation first. Stress is known to decrease fertility rates. Then maybe start with just Intrauterine insemination. Have faith that all will work out. Good Luck!

Will try!: I have a number of questions. Are your periods normal now? Are you being treated with any med such as metformin for PCOS? Are cysts no longer seen on high resolution ultrasound? if the answers are all yes, then it might not be YOU who has the problem. 40% of infertility problems are from the MALE side of the equation. A semen analysis of your partner is the next step if not done already.
