Depends: If you have very irregular periods (more than 35 days apart) then you probably need to see a gynecologist or infertility specialist for some additional tests (semen analysis for your partner, maybe a test to see if your fallopian tubes are scarred) then discuss treatments which may include medications like clomid, (clomiphene) or more intensive treatments (inseminations, injections). Start prenatals, etc.
