Echocardiagram showed normal heart 67 percent ef. but my ekg said consider anterior wall ischema and delayed right ventricle . im 27. is this serious?

Over reads : EKG sometimes tends to over read... It depends on where the leads were placed. If they were placed inaccurately, you tend to get erroneous reads. Normal ECHO finding and your age is reassuring and I wouldn't worry about the EKG.
