Does appendicitis always cause vomiting and if i dont have the rebound effect does that mean im in the clear?

No and NO: You need not have vomiting to have Appendicitis, and appendicitis is a serious condition that needs to be worked up with more testing than just a check of rebound tenderness. For example a retro-cecal appendix may not cause rebound tenderness in the frontal abdomen, but other diagnostic clues/symptoms may be present.
