Breast pain: It certainly may be a contusion/bruise of the breast tissue. Mastitis is the inflammation of breast tissue, and may be caused by an infection. Nsaids, warm compresses may help a contusion, whereas antibiotics may also be needed for mastitis. If it continues, get the breast evaluated.
