MRI and neurosurgeo: You probably have a herniated disk or spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine. You need to see a neurisurgeon / ortho spine surgeon and the a MRI, May be resolved with Surgery, but sometimes epidural steroid injections may help

Understand your Pain: You should have a good understanding of what is causing your pain. You should see your general medical doctor because these symptoms could signal problems as simple a muscle strain or back or hip arthritis but could also indicate a circulation or nerve issue. A general physician can start the evaluation and decide if you need a specialist's evaluation. Also, please, naproxen or ibuprofen not both

Think nerve pain: The key is to separate the pain from a vascular origin (blood), or nerve issues, such as a pinched right sided nerve root around L3 L4 L5 to S1. Visiting your primary care physician would be a good start.
