Keep up the regular: exercise but you may want to vary the type of exercise and intensity while incorporating not only cardiovascular workouts of various types with periods of increased intensity during each workout but also include some weight training and flexibility while avoiding overuse injury by being very repetitive or rapidly getting onto an exercise routine without proper planning. Speak to your physician.
