Infection: That sounds like you have an infection that involve the parotid gland and / or the surrounding tissues ,and when you massage the out side of the jaw and the gland in the same time ,an exodate comes out from the gland opening inside the cheek, you need to see a dentist ASAP as diagnosis and treatment is required.
