See a doctor now: You appear to have flu-like symptoms and I strongly recommend you get to the doctor's now. What I worry about is the complications from something like this - including dehydration with kidney injury, or other organ malfunctions, such as when your muscle enzymes go up and cause problems there. You need a diagnosis ASAP and I would get to an ER/Urgent Care center now. Hope you feel better soon.
