Seek Medical Care: Generally a headache is responds to standard over the counter pain medications. If it is a true migraine (aura, severe pain with relief in a dark room) you may be a candidate for Botox (r). The sore muscles may be an indication of tension headaches and the pain behind the eyes, possible sinus disease. Neurologists are specialists in headaches. If you have frequent headaches, you see a md.
