Where?: On cheek opposite upper first molar? Same thing on other side? Duct of parotid gland. Produces saliva. Normal.

Mucocele?: We can't diagnose these types of things over the internet any more than you can tell me if the red spot on my skin is an irritation, poison ivy, rash, insect bite, blemish, bruise, etc. It could be a number of things. If you want to know for sure, see your own dentist.
