Need more info: You did not provide your test results; however; the general issue is to lose weight, reduce consumption of saturated fats and exercise. Start exercise with walking and increase the intensity as tolerated. It will take about six months to see the full effect. If that does not do the trick then discuss taking statins with your doctor.
