See the pediatrician: Swelling of a child's face is not normal, and your child should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. This could be dental related (unlikely at this age), an insect bite (if red and swollen +/- itching) or it could represent an infection (red, swollen, warm, painful to touch, +/- fever).
