Moles and "normal': most likely if the 'Moles" are not changing, they are OK. If they are fading even better. The bigger concern is chainging or multiple colors, Irregular borders, bleeding or enlargement

See your physician: He or she will refer to a specialist to evaluate the moles on your finger,wrist and arm. It is important for them to evaluate the size, color and contour of the skin. Pigmentation is from melanin in the layers of the skin which react to sunlight exposure.
