A member asked:

Is it serious for a dialysis patient to have blood in the urine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: If patient is on dialysis, we assume there is little functional kidney left, but kidneys, ureters, and bladder may still develop cancer, especially if patient is a smoker. It should be investigated.
