Early pregnancy: ?: With embryo transfer, it may take slightloy longer for an implantation to occur, which means the generation of the hormone tested for with the urine pregnancy test may not be present in enough quantity to cause a positive. If no bleeding occurs at all, get a serum Beta HCG done at your fertility center , which will be more accurate and give a more precise answer.
