Low HDL: As you probably know, that is low. (And I assume your LDL cholesterol is under 130. If not you may want to start treatment.) HDL is one determinant of future vascular disease (heart attack, stroke). It can be raised somewhat by exercise and weight loss. Smoking cessation is critical if you smoke.
