Lipids: HDL is as important as LDL and can be increased by exercise. I would like to see yours over 45. Good Luck

Exercise: Regular aerobic exercise will raise your HDL. Ideally it should be around 60. There is medication to raise HDL, but it has not been shown to improve health despite improvement in numbers.
