Call your physician: Call your doctors office and ask these same questions, if they think they can see you right away they may want to assess you in the office first. They may advise you to go to the ER if they do not have the tools in the office to assess and treat you. Make sure you take your temperature, heart rate and answer if you are able to keep down food, how much urine are you making. If dehydrated ER likely.
