TIA: Would have symptoms short lasting and clear mri. Stroke has longer if not permanent symptoms and should show up in most cases on mri.

OVERLAPING SYMPTOMS: Pots postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome can cause dizziness and syncope, and many other symptoms too many to mention symtoms of pots overlap with those of generlised anxiety disorder. It does not cause TIA or stroke.You need to be care of your doctors including neurologist and /or neuropsychiatrist do not drink alcohol and it may help if you stop smoking.
