USA: We use mg/dl rather than SI units: your numbers are: 215/70/139. Remember HDL is good: the higher the better. Your HDL is very high(very good). Since it contributes to the total cholesterol number, that number which is a little high, has no meaning. The LDL is a bit high, but if you have no other risk factors, no treatment is advised other than prudent diet: the Mediterranean Diet is proven best.
