Pregnancy possible: As you describe, if there are sufficient viable sperm introduced into your vagina, then you are at risk for getting pregnant. If you do not want to get pregnant, do not put or let any semen (which contains sperm) in the vicinity of your vagina. Or use effective birth control.

Sperm plus Egg: Yes. Of course. Sperm cause pregnancy whether introduced into the vagina by penis, finger or turkey baster.
