No longer exist: Nowadays with medicine, we no longer see folks with obvious Kaposi's sarcoma all over the face -- once the give-away. You may be able to recognize someone with lipodystrophy -- absent cheek fat pads -- from taking antiretroviral medicine, but even this isn't that reliable and someone wishing to conceal this simply trims down / "gets ripped". Please love safely and if you want to know, ask nicely.

No such thing: Never has there been obvious visual signs that someone has been infected with HIV. Back thirty years ago, before good life-saving medications were developed, there were some end stage AIDS patients that had a visible skin cancer. That is not happening now. You will never be able to tell who is infected by just looking at them.
