Nasonex (mometasone) & Singulair: There is no medication or dietary change that will reverse a deviated septum. This is a structural problem and requires surgery to correct. Nasonex (mometasone) (nasal steroid spray) and Singulair can help prevent further growth of allergic nasal polyps and can help prevent recurrence after they are surgically removed. Oral steroids like prednisone can shrink polyps but this is a short-term fix - will recur.
