Sometimes called: erythema dyschromicum perstans , almost similar to lichen planus , was noted to originate in south america. But a few case have been seen in europe ( italy, finland) to name a few. Clofazimine has been shown to work on certain individuals as well as dapsone. Please with your dermatologist. Please note that both of these medications do have side effects
