Could be a few thing: This sounds like pompholyx (dyshydrotic eczema) but it could be a variety of skin conditions. Pompholyx is a skin condition without a known cause but usually appears in both the hands and feet. These bumps can become infected causing puss to form. I recommend you see a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
