Pregnancy: Fluid from an ejaculation contains 5 million sperm. It only takes one to fertilize an egg. Your method of contraception is not fill proof. There is a high rate of pregnancy and you can still be exposed to sexually transmitted infections like herpes , syphilis , and HIV . I recommend using condoms
