?prenut: I assume from the context you mean the pre-ejaculate. All of the secretions of an excited penis have enough sperm to impregnate you.The pull-out plan is easy but not a dependable form of contraception. If you want to avoid pregnancy you must use additional methods. Yes , you can be pregnant.
