Unlikely: The enlarged lymph node is most likely related to the strep throat. I assume you were diagnosed with strep via a culture ( sometimes physicians just treat without a culture ). If I culture wasn't done, it could be viral ( like mononucleosis). I'd recommend calling your physician.
