HIV: If by 'protected' you mean you used a condom, then your risk is minimal to none. Of course, it's always possible that a tiny breach in the condom could cause risk of exposure, but this would also constitute a very tiny risk, and that's assuming that your partner is HIV positive. Of course, you are right to do the test, but the liklihood is all will be fine!
