It means that: These vitamins can "build up"/be stored in the fatty tissue., so that means you can build up toxic levels easily. Non fat soluble vitamins can't hide in the fat and your kidneys are usually able to excrete the excess amounts so the toxicity is more readily avoided. Remember not all of the consumed fat soluble vitamins hide in fat, some will readily be utilizable by your body.

Wrong question: There is NO benefit to you from these supplements which are easily obtained from normal food and can be toxic as supplements. Don't be a sucker. Metformin causes slow decrease in Vitamin B12. In this case the supplement (water soluble) is quite safe and is better absorbed than that in foods. As B12 gets low there are symptoms including peripheral neuropathy which is already an issue to be recognis
