Nsaids: Usually should take one or the other, but not both at the same time for pain. Meloxicam would likely cause less nausea and irritation to the stomach. Recommend Tylenol (acetaminophen) if Meloxicam causes nausea.

No: Mexican and ibuprofen are both nonsteroidal inflammatory drugs and both have gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, heartburn, ulcers , diarrhea and constipation. It is unusual for someone to order two drugs in the same class ,so make sure this is not a mistake between you two, and if it isn't,t you need another prescriber.

Meloxicam &Ibuprofen: Meloxicam common side effects include stomach upset, nausea, drowsiness, or diarrhea. Ibuprofen may also cause stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea, gas, heartburn, and nausea. Both medications are almost the same NSAIDs. If you cannot tolerate medication, ask your doctor to adjust your meds accordingly. Take care.
