Gastroenterologist: You need to see a Gastroenterologist and be scheduled for EGD (upper Endoscopy) so the doctor can look at your esophagus, stomach & duodenum, look for ulcers/gastritis/esophagitis & do biopsies to look for H. Pylori, a bacteria that causes ulcers. I would recommend OTC Prilosec once daily until you see the GI specialist. Long term use of meds like Mobic (meloxicam) can cause ulcers in stomach.

Stomach Ache: You can try another 1 or 2 week trial of Zantac (OTC ranitidine 150 mg twice a day). You did not mention if you re-started the Mobic (meloxicam) or not, nor did you indicate if you were taking any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Check with your doctor before restarting the NSAIDS and also if you receive no relief after a week or two after re-starting the Zantac.
