See below : Take the Mobic (meloxicam) after a meal , preferably a full meal .Sich as dinner .If you have a history or symptoms of gastritis , acid reflux, or stomach ulcers check with your medical physician before continuing.

Methotrexate no help: Methotrexate generally has little or no benefit in the treatment of ank spondy. Biologics work much better.
