Family member doing ect for schizophrenia and the anesthesia causes nausea. hes on a med for it allowed twice daily but he says it only works for a short period of time. even days after he still feels nauseous and comes and goes. ideas to help him?

There are different medications for nausea so his doctor should be made aware that the medicine is not helping for very long and he is still nauseous. Perhaps it can be prescribed for more doses per day or a different med could be tried. Good luck!
