Cavities: People can prevent cavities if they brush and floss properly and often enough and avoid foods high in acids and refined sugars. Once you get a cavity, your dentist can repair the part of the tooth destroyed by decay. However, there is nothing as good as your own healthy teeth.

No brainer: That' sweat your Dentist is trained to do, and Dentists do this very well. While there are excellent protocols for preventing cavities, once you get a cavity you can't fix it yourself. There' son lineaments, salve, OTC, homeopathic solution to remove infected tooth material and replace it. The longer you wait, the more the infection will spread. Please call your Dentist now.
