Can allergies cause deviated septum?if yes, how?or is it just a myth?

Allergies: Allergies do not cause the septum to deviate. However the allergic rhinitis may exacerbate the nasal congestion caused by the anatomic obstruction from the septal deviation.

It is a myth: They have nothing do do with each other. What there is in common is that both allergies and a deviated septum an cause difficulty breathing through the nose
