It is normal: for the right kidney to be a little smaller than the left. Your left kidney is within the lower end of normal range for size, and your right is smaller, at the borderline of the lower end. Speak with your doctor about whether the mild size discrepancy and borderline small size of the right kidney have any relevance in your clinical situation.
