Kidney stones: Kidney stones can be very painful and can obstruct urinary system. If stones are chronic and if she has no symptoms, I would leave them alone. If causing problems, though, then special therapy to get them removed might be the best thing to do. This requires urologic expertise.

The best way to approach this is to see a knowledgable Urologist to determine the next step in management, most stones are small and they resolve with conservative management,
