Too much thyroid : Hi. Please work with your doctor. At age 21, your body will probably tolerate that TSH suppression in the short run, and you've had Graves', after all. To your question, no holding your Synthroid (thyroxine) (LT4) for 3 days won't do a thing if you then start back on the same dose that suppressed your TSH to 0.02. You are on too hi of an LT4 dose, and it needs to be reduced. Good luck!
