? related or not ?: Your question is confusing.Any illness u had during pregnancy may or may not influence the formation of the heart (essentially complete by 8 wks).An ultrasound may pick up a heart problem if it is done with sensitive enough equipment & if done as a screening for delivery date it may not. Many fetal heart issues are not picked up until baby becomes an air breather & changes the work of the heart.
