Deconditioning: A gallon of liquid is about 4 kg (9 lbs) in weight. If one is not accustomed to carrying around this kind of weight ("deconditioning"), then it is possible this activity puts a demand on the heart. The heart will respond by increasing heart rate & trying to pump more blood. The combination may make it feel like the heart is beating in the chest. It should pass in about 10-15 minutes with rest, tho
