Is it possible to diagnose ms disease when a series of four mris w/wo contrast have shown no enhancing lesions? there are dark t1 corr. to bright t2.

Yes , it is: possible. MS is also a clinical diagnosis based on non-MRI findings, sometimes the MRI is practically normal. MS lesions don't always enhance, in fact most don't. Early/active lesions may enhance. Do you have an established diagnosis of MS? There are a variety of causes of MRI white matter lesions, not just MS. The most common in your age group is chronic age-related microvascular changes.
