Having incredible pain in right hip and leg. is this the possible reason? on my mri report: mr imaging demonstrates abnormal t2 hyperintense lesion along the left lateral aspect of the cervical cord adjacent to t7-8. dxed with ms in august?

Assuming you meant a lesion in the "cervical cord", this would be consistent with MS but not the cause of your hip pain. Ergo, you need to have an orthopedist evaluate the hip issues, which could be a labral tear or arthritic degeneration.
