Yes: Resurfacing or fractionated laser can help remove wrinkles around mouth, lower lods and cheeks. It will not have much effect on sagging skin. If skin tone is reasonable devices such as ultherapy, exilis, and skin tyte will have effect on jaw line and upper cheek area, although it is not a facelift.
