Does laser or ipl hair removal cause sunken skin marks, if the treatment was done many times? if it does and i stop the treatment will they dissapear?

No: Ipl is a non ablative method of hair removal. It does not alter the skin surface at all even with repetitive treatments. Laser hair removal targets chromophores or the pigments in the hair, so it should jot damage the skin either.
